1977, Crystal Lake, Illinois.  On board my Huffy Wildfire, I discover riding trails behind my neighborhood, which ignites a passion for the next 45 years.  I remember the day I told my mother that I needed to lube the chain on my bike – She gave me a paper towel drenched in vegetable oil.
